In the next two weeks you or your staff will be attending training workshops on web-based reporting. There are minor changes this year to the reporting. Although attendance is not mandatory, you and your staff will find it helpful.

Please be sure to have the appropriate people at the web-based reporting/SAR training. Those staff who will actually be doing the reporting and SAR submission are encouraged to attend. You do NOT have to RSVP to attend. Up to three agency staff may attend the same training session.

Remember to check your co-branding reporting and ensure that you have included any co-branding activities which occurred January 1 - December 31, 2009. Co-branding submissions for 2009 must be made on the web-based reporting site by April 23, 2010, to be included in the 2010 site visit packet.

We've added a new option for co-branding: incorporate 2-1-1 into your co-branding efforts!

2-1-1 is United Way's 24/7 information and referral hotline, available for free to the state of Missouri and nine counties in southwestern Illinois. The possibilities for co-branding are nearly endless.

See some of the ideas at www.stl.unitedway.org/cobranding18.aspx. Remember to report your activities at https://uwgsl.upicsolutions.org/uwgsl/crm/Start.jsp.
